Practice Assurance - Regulatory Feedback

This course, aimed at partners and qualified staff, will review recent findings from QAD and from Mercia’s reviewers in order to help firms prepare for ICAEW Practice Assurance visits and to improve their compliance with the Standards.

The course will include:

• Legal and regulatory issues including AML and client money pitfalls
• Ethics, acceptance and disengagement
• Competence and quality control
• Feedback from ICAEW QAD and reviews
• Guidance for smaller firms
