VAT and land and property is well known to be a minefield so much so that the Office of Tax Simplification has been recently reviewing elements of it. A light at the end of the tunnel perhaps? But in the meantime, this session will not only give you confidence to avoid the undeniably scary common pitfalls for land and property but also an insight into some opportunities to be as VAT efficient as possible.

Deregister from VAT with ease, without causing a deemed supply; appreciate the nuances that can result in a capital goods scheme adjustment; understand the impact of a change in intention; know the implication of storage space and how to deal with the delays with option to tax acknowledgments.
