Following the recent Government announcement, we are pleased to say that we have made the decision to return to face to face courses from 1 September 2021.
We understand that given the current climate, safety will be of paramount importance to all our clients when assessing whether to attend a venue course and we can reassure you that we are working incredibly hard with all our venues to ensure that we adhere to all relevant Health & Safety requirements and Covid Safe polices.
With over 1,250 training events designed for accountants in practice, our comprehensive training programme has something for everyone. Whether face to face or online, our courses are accessible, relevant and informative, helping to make training your team and maintaining their expertise as easy as possible.

Our face to face training includes CPD courses, practical workshops, conferences, Probate administration and Management, Leadership and Business Development courses.
Complementing our usual programme of face to face and on-demand courses, the permanent addition of Mercia Live offers enhanced choice of course topics and greater flexibility.
You can choose from a wider offering of course dates, course lengths and start times, along with our new 1 hour key point early morning, lunch time and late evening courses too.
Choose where and when you view your courses with our on-demand recordings. These courses are in an engaging and flexible format allowing you to access the course through your online library, leave a course and resume where you left off and listen on the go with a MP3 version.
Our in-house training gives a more personal approach to meeting your firm’s requirements based on understanding the daily challenges you face.
Our in-house courses or workshops can be delivered at a time of your choice, either at your own venue or via our Mercia Live virtual classroom.

I thought the format of doing the course via Zoom worked very well - I think the fact you can see the speakers slides/webcams as they spoke was really good, I almost preferred this style of course to a face to face one! Thank you very much - very informative and useful.
